Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Eleganza Travel is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

Eleganza Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service provider.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Eleganza Travel & Events and is protected by copyright laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
